While the YOLO family of detectors dominates real-time vision tasks, evidence comparing the latest generations for the specific fabric challenges of fine-grained patterns, subtle defects, repetitive textures, and domain shifts remains fragmented. This review synthesizes knowledge on the use of YOLOv8, YOLOv10, and YOLOv11 for detecting patterns and defects in fabrics. The goal is to describe the advantages of each model, its ease of use, and how best to employ it. We followed a standard protocol (PRISMA) and searched for studies from the last ten years in major research databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect. We used custom rules to determine which studies to include, then assessed their quality and summarized the findings. We analyzed reported metrics (mAP, precision/recall, F1, latency), datasets and annotation practices, augmentation, and training strategies. Among the included studies, YOLOv8 remains the most frequently adopted baseline in fabric, with strong accuracy, broad community support, and versatile variants for edge and server deployments. Emerging evidence suggests that YOLOv10 and YOLOv11 provide incremental accuracy improvements and better efficiency, especially when leveraging lightweight heads, improved label assignment, and optimized training schedules. Nano variants are generally preferred for edge devices, while medium/large variants are suitable for server-side inspection pipelines. Techniques such as multi-scale augmentation and mosaicking, copy-paste, and domain-focused data curation consistently improve recall for small and low-contrast defects. Several issues remain, such as uneven class distribution, limited public fabric datasets, unreliable latency reports, and broad application across different fabric types and lighting conditions. In the digital era, works such as films can be accessed through both legal and illegal sites. This illegal access constitutes a form of copyright infringement that poses serious challenges to law enforcement. Obstacles to law enforcement against crimes perpetrated by illegal film streaming sites include five main factors: weak legal substance, limited law enforcement officers, lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public legal awareness, and a permissive culture toward digital violations. Of these five factors, societal factors are the most dominant obstacle, particularly related to low legal awareness and high tolerance for access to illegal content. Therefore, the effectiveness of law enforcement depends heavily on the success of establishing a rule-abiding legal culture at the community level. Regulatory reforms and capacity building of law enforcement officers are still necessary, but changing public mindsets and behaviors is key to creating a just and effective law enforcement system.</em></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Alda Anggraini Deni Achmad Muhammad Farid Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Sustainability 2025-12-30 2025-12-30 10 17 OPTIMIZATION OF DYNAMIC PARAMETERS FOR STABILITY OF DOUBLE-PONTOON TENSION LEG PLATFORMS https://jirs.lpmpp.unila.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/9 <p>Tension Leg Platforms (TLPs) are compliant offshore structures widely used for deep-water resource extraction due to their high stability. However, extreme wave conditions can still induce significant oscillations. This study proposes a double-pontoon configuration, in which a secondary pontoon is flexibly connected to the main pontoon via springs. The system is modeled as a two-degree-of-freedom oscillator, and key dynamic parameters—pontoon mass distribution and spring stiffness—are optimized through numerical analysis. Laboratory-scale experiments are conducted to validate the analytical predictions. Results show that the double-pontoon arrangement effectively reduces the motion amplitude of the main pontoon by distributing wave-induced energy between the pontoons. Spring stiffness is found to be directly proportional to the main pontoon’s amplitude, while variations in secondary pontoon mass cause only minor fluctuations in its response. Compared to a single-pontoon TLP, the proposed configuration achieves lower primary pontoon amplitudes under equivalent wave loading.</p> Jamiatul Akmal Rio Fachmy Putra Novri Tanti Asnawi Lubis Zulhendri Hasymi Ahmad Su’udi Nurcahya Nugraha Annisa Magnolia Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Sustainability 2025-12-30 2025-12-30 18 28 RASCH MODEL ANALYSIS ON THE TWO-TIER MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS OF PHYSICS UNDERSTANDING TO MEASURE STUDENTS' HIGHER ORDER THINKING ABILITY IN GENDER PERSPECTIVE https://jirs.lpmpp.unila.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/8 <p>The purpose of this study is to design and validate the two-tier multiple-choice (TTMC) questions on fluid concepts through Rasch Model analysis. The design of the study was Research and Development. The step of development included determining the format of the item, determining the construction of the test item, determining the assessment guidelines, expert validation, and revision of the test item. The research involved 57 senior high school students of XI-grade MIA who more interested in learning physics at Lampung Province, Indonesia. The item qualities were analyzed using the Rasch Model with the Winstep 3.73 version of application software. The research results showed that the instrument developed is valid (reached an acceptable range of PT-Measure, Outfit Mean Square (MNSQ), and Outfit z-standardized (ZSTD)} values. Furthermore, the instrument has a very good reliability with alpha Cronbach's value of 0.94, and there is no bias for gender. Besides, based on the results of the pilot study through the ongoing assessment process, the TTMC can improve students' higher-order thinking skills and contribute to the mastery of physics concepts.</p> Abdurrahman abdurrahman Hervin Maulina Novinta Nurul Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Sustainability 2025-12-30 2025-12-30 29 41 THE INFLUENCE OF CREATIVE MINDSET ON STUDENTS' ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTIONS https://jirs.lpmpp.unila.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/13 <p>The transition of students to the job market requires universities not only to prepare graduates to enter formal employment but also to encourage job creation through entrepreneurship. This study examines the influence of fixed and growth mindsets, as dimensions of the creative mindset, on students' entrepreneurial intentions at the University of Lampung. The study used a quantitative, survey-based approach. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire using Google Forms. The study population was active students at the University of Lampung who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The sample consisted of 140 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics. The results showed that a fixed mindset negatively and significantly affected entrepreneurial intentions, while a growth mindset positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial intentions. These findings indicate that students who view creativity as a difficult ability to develop tend to have lower entrepreneurial intentions.
