The Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Sustainability (JIRS) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research papers, review articles, community service reports, and investigation portfolios. The journal also features short communications highlighting innovative approaches, as well as special issues dedicated to topical research and conference proceedings.
First published in December 2025, JIRS adheres to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure impartiality and maintain complete anonymity for both authors and reviewers. We welcome submissions from researchers and scholars worldwide.
JIRS operates on an "as you go" publication model, where accepted articles are published online immediately following the completion of the peer-review and editing process. The journal releases three regular issues per year: April, August, and December.
